With 20 years of experience in the combat sport world, and 5 years as a beginner, competitive, and professional coach, I've recently branched out as a self-employed boxing coach to focus on what I love most—helping people discover the art of boxing.
I train people of all ages who are interested in learning how to box, improving their discipline, leveling up their footwork and athleticism, or simply looking to get in shape and lose weight. Every client is different, and I take pride in understanding your unique goals and crafting a training approach that works for you.
My coaching style is fundamentals-focused, with a passion and respect for the art of the Sweet Science, and as a musician, I use music and tempo as training tools. I have spent years teaching myself how to integrate music into my own training, just as a dancer would, training footwork, punches, and defence to different music and tempos.
